The platform holds all the employee’s details and the HR office can have a complete overview.

Updating the platform with employee profiles can be done in multiple ways.
– Bulk import with CSV or Excel

– Import data from CV

– Sending an automated email to the employee, with a link to enter and fill in all their details. ( Onboarding Process).

In the employee’s profile, the following are recorded.

– Salary history (employee cost)
Depending on the payroll system used by each company, the employees can be exported, together with their total salary (gross and net) and then the data can be imported into the platform.
In this way there will be an indicative history for the personnel office, for the cost of each employee.

The license calculation system is fully automated and calculates the licenses based on its configurations.
