The emb1One assessments give a clear and comprehensive picture of each employee, individually, as well as for each department or even for the entire company.
League standings (Categories – Weight)
When creating the questions, the administrator can choose the way and rating of the assessment.
Categories and questions can be differentiated, both by simple scoring and by corresponding “weighting”.
Forms
You can create as many evaluation forms as you need, there is no limitation.
Forms can be linked to each employee individually and up to 2 assessors, and can also be linked to self-assessments.
References
The reports vary, and the manager can be informed, both about each employee individually, but also about each department, the company itself, in general, and about the evaluators, their general “behaviour” in their evaluations.
Professional development
There is provision, in the forms, for the indication of the proposed career development of the official concerned.
The sentences can either be placed with a check box, and the assessor can choose the appropriate answer, or they can be entered as free text, so that the assessor can write his/her opinion, or both.
Training Seminars
There is also provision, in the form, for suggestions for training of the employee through seminars.
The platform can group all the seminars and training proposals, so that the company can proceed with the group training of its employees.
