With embi1One, the personnel office can better control in real time the leaves and days off of staff.

Request for leave by employees

All employees have access to their profile on the embi1One platform.
They can correct their data, upload files related to their recruitment and their insurance, but they can also request leave or time off.

Leave can also be recorded by the administrator himself, on behalf of an employee.

Permit Configuration

Licenses can be configured within the platform, and fully automated.
The platform checks the employees’ leave and calculates the remaining leave per day.

Stages of a licence request

During the application process, it goes through 3 stages.
A. The employee creates a leave request
B. First approval or denial is made by the supervisor
C. If approved, the leave, by the supervisor, proceeds to the personnel office for approval.
